HİSAR ACADEMY RULES
Class Schedule:
The Hisar Academy programs are conducted as group or individual lessons. Classes take place over two 15-week terms. The schedule is determined at the beginning of the year and published on our website.
Class Duration:
Unless otherwise specified, lessons at Hisar Academy are 50 minutes long.
Make-Up Classes:
If a class is canceled by Hisar Academy on the scheduled days, the program will arrange a make-up session. Participants are expected to follow the schedule. For group lessons, make-up sessions are NOT provided for missed classes due to participant-related reasons.
For individual music lessons, participants may reschedule up to two missed classes within the 15-week term, provided they notify the Hisar Academy administration in advance. If a participant misses more than two classes, no additional make-up sessions will be granted.
Payments:
Academy fees can be paid at the guest relations desks located at the cultural or sports center entrances or online during registration. We kindly ask you to complete your payment before the first lesson. Class fees are charged on a term basis, not according to the number of lessons attended.
By attending the first class at the start of the term, participants are considered registered and agree to pay the full-term fee.
Hisar Academy reserves the right to adjust the fee for the second term.
Non-Class Hours:
On weekends, outside of class hours, all responsibility for participants lies with their parents/guardians. If a participant transitions to another activity after class, their transfer must be arranged by themselves or their family. Hisar Academy and Hisar School do not assume responsibility beyond designated class hours. We kindly ask that students be dropped off and picked up on time.
For weekday classes, students will be handed over to their parents/guardians at the designated school entrance waiting area under adult supervision after their lessons. Since parents are not permitted to enter the school premises during weekdays, drop-off and pick-up will be managed at the security checkpoint.
Lost & Found:
Hisar Academy is not responsible for lost personal belongings. Any forgotten items are handed over every Monday to the Hisar School internal services or storage department. Items can be retrieved from the relevant unit on weekdays. Unclaimed items at the end of the program will be donated through our charity initiative.
Accidents:
It is essential to keep the emergency contact numbers provided in the registration form accessible. In case of a medical emergency, participants will be transported by ambulance to the nearest fully equipped hospital (Acıbadem Maslak, American Hospital, or Memorial). Minor injuries will be treated at the school infirmary, and parents will be informed. A nurse will be present at the Sports Center infirmary during Hisar Academy lessons.
